Hello, everyone, Now that the humidity and heat are really gearing

up in the NE, I must say it's rousing my Pitta.

I'm drinking the Olive Oil/Citris potion tonight. I hope this will

have a good effect.

OneLove, should I do another Ayurvedic Cleanse, do you think, to

lower the Pitta heat? My last one was in February or March. Or do

something else?

Thanks very much!

HI PC

Yes, the seasons and weather have a direct affect on

the body. Summer time is pitta (heat) time. Cooling

foods and drinks are called for. This is basic

information you will find in all the Ayurveda books.

Humidity will aggravate damp heat in the body. Doing

another ayurvedic cleanse would be most beneficial.

All the best

OneLove
