Guest guest
Hi everyone, I am starting my third Ayurvedic Cleanse today (Monday). I just thought of it this morning -- I have a fresh jar of ghee, so, hey! I'm wondering if anyone also started today (or would consider starting a day later) and we can " buddy " -- exchange a word of support or briefly write down our daily experiences here. My past two AC were very good. They took down the pitta heat really well. Also, the Kitchari is delicious ;-) PC
Guest guest
Hey PC, I'm starting my first Ayurvedic Cleanse on Monday 19th July. I've noticed from your posts that you did a Liver Flush recently. I assumed you were to wait at least 2 weeks before starting any cleanse. I did my 2nd Liver Cleanse two weeks ago. For the Ayurvedic cleanse I've purchased most of the ingredients. I just need to buy Sunflower Oil and unsalted Butter. I can't find the butter to make the ghee in my supermarket or the health shop though. Does it have to be unsalted? PC, I have a lot of heat in my body, and my face & hands are usually fairly red. I hope this cleanse helps remove this. My skin has improved though after two Liver cleanses Mani , " pink_cat_6 " <fminyc@i...> wrote: > Hi everyone, > > I am starting my third Ayurvedic Cleanse today (Monday). Hi Mani, I thnk it's OK to do the Ayurvedic Cleanse during the rest time between liver flushes. I did the flush on Wednesday, and started drinking the ghee on Monday. > For the Ayurvedic cleanse I've purchased most of the ingredients. I > just need to buy Sunflower Oil and unsalted Butter. I could be wrong, but I thought it would be relatively easy to find ghee there in an Indian shop. If not, maybe you can find organic pure butter from France? You might need to go to a gourmet shop. > > PC, I have a lot of heat in my body, and my face & hands are usually > fairly red. I hope this cleanse helps remove this. I hope you find the sunflower oil and the butter easily. BTW: get some scrubbing powder for the bath. It's *murder* cleaning the tub of the sunflower oil :-0 Good luck! Guest guest
Mani You can actually buy ghee in large tescos stores although I buy orgainc ghee on line from from a uk supplier (off hand I can't remember the name of the company but will post it on here when i remember) I found it by searching on google for Ayurvedic products. Hope this helps.
