Guest guest
Hi OneLove, Natasha and everyone, Glad to be of service! I have found that Magnesium Citrate works very well as a substitute for Epsom salt with a liver flush. I have done four liver flushes using " mag cit " . I follow the Andreas Moritz classic plan pretty much. But since I *know* I cannot drink ES (because I tried it once and that was it)I use mag cit. The first three times I did the LF I *only* took the mag cit the morning after the potion. This was when I only knew about the magnesium citrate that comes as a drink -- like a bitter sweet soda pop in lemon/lime or cherry. Now I've discovered powdered mag cit. I have been using the one called " Natural Calm " according to directions and just a tad more to clear the colon and keep things moving at liver flush time. What's wonderful about it is that you can take it *anytime*. It makes the flush uncomplicated. I do follow up with an enema the morning after the potion. And the day after that I go for a colonic. I know often people worry about a stuck stone, because the Epsom salt is supposed to dilate the bile ducts as well as work as a laxative. I believe the mag cite also does some of that dilation work. All of us are different. This substitution works well for me. My colon therapist was quite impressed with the size and quantity of my stones. She indicated by finger-space width that the size was double- pea sized, but not quite grape sized (I couldn't see them). I had no trouble with them. And I slept very well through the night of the potion. Hope that helps! It's so much easier when you don't have to dread the ES.
