Guest guest
Join our new Yoga Spirituality Group. For lively discussion, deeper insight, and valuable knowledge about the ancient spiritual path of Yoga. yoga-spirituality/ Namaste. Our new Yoga Spirituality discussion group is dedicated to exploring the philosophy, spiritual path, and practice of Yoga and Sanatana Dharma (Hinduism). While the practice of Yoga has exploded in popularity in the U.S. in recent years, most practitioners still limit their Yoga experience to merely the physical benefits that Yoga offers. Yoga, however, is so much more than just the " aerobics of India " . In addition to the profound physical and health benefits that Yoga gives us, Yoga is also a highly effective spiritual path that can provide deep meaning to our lives, inner peace and calm, lasting joy and happiness, God-realization, and truly satisfying answers to life's most important questions. Yoga is an ancient spiritual and philosophical tradition. The goal of Yoga is self-realization and God-consciousness…and that is what this brand new Group is here to discuss and explore. If you're a serious spiritual seeker who wants to fully explore the spiritual dimensions of Yoga, you're welcome to join! yoga-spirituality/ Please forward this information to anyone you know who is interested in Yoga and spirituality. Thank you! Om Shanti, Yoga Spirituality Moderator www.dharmacentral.com drmoraleslist/

Guest guest
There is another group dealing with breathing, meditation and Tantra yoga. The name of the group is AdvancedYogaTechniques. The adult section of the group is separate as discusses Tantra part, under the group title AdnacedYogaTechniques_Tantra, as sexual energy sublimation is the main theme. The group is nearly 4 years old and lessons are very neatly arranged, with question answers in between on the technique. The only difference is here Yoga and spirituality is not coupled to any specific religion, though the mantra is in english. The mantra itself is the translation of " aham tatwamasi " Noy only lessons are free, but you are encouraged to discuss all sorts of experiences which can occur on this tedious path. What author of this mail appreciates about this group is there is no attempt to form a sect or a cult, with teacher as the central shining focus. The lessons are also available as book but buying book is not compulsory. You may still follow e-lessons. This is another alternative to those who become bit restraind by Hinduism, all paths meet at the same point. However, author is not suggesting the group as alternative to " Yoga and Spirituality " . Learn everything you can from everyone who offers, only thing accept what suits your own Prakruti, i.e. soul on this path. You may find, irrespective of whom you follow, end point is same. Everyone changes basic techniques slightly to leave a footprint. This has given rise to one hundred different sects and yogas all over india, but situation is not confusing, if you can filter out what is unsuitable based on experience and not bias. ayurveda , drfmrls <no_reply wrote: > Join our new Yoga Spirituality Group. > > For lively discussion, deeper insight, and valuable knowledge about > the ancient spiritual path of Yoga. > > yoga-spirituality/
