1) Patients

can see Dr. Shrestha for an Ayurvedic Consultation from Monday, May

28-Friday, June 1. She is a highly skilled Ayurvedic Doctor with more

than 20 years of clinical experience. Although she is renowned for her

expertise in women’s health and fertility, she excels at treating

2) Practitioners

and students are invited to sit in with Dr. Shrestha when she is seeing

patients for Ayurvedic Consultations at Life in Balance. They will be

able to observe & discuss these clinical consultations. Each

session includes 4 consultations and costs $45. Morning, afternoon and

evening sessions available. Limited to 8 participants per session.

3) Dr.

Sarita Shrestha will be presenting a weekend workshop called:

‘Creating Healthy Children by Conscious Conception, Pregnancy &

Childbirth’. She will be teaching classical Ayurvedic protocols for

creating healthy children, including a regimen of cleansing &

rejuvenation for both parents to facilitate “healthy seeding”. Cost:
