Guest guest
Hello Dr. Bhate: I am a recent member of Ayurvedaonline and have taken your advise off-list if you remember. Today I was browsing through the group message archives and found many informative posts by you. It shows your in-depth study of the subject. Very useful information indeed! This is really great contribution and I really thank you for sharing such valuable information. I was reading message #1155, which is included at the end for ready reference. I have a few questions 1. This oil+seeds mixture is to be kept in sunlight in which vessel? glass/steel/…? 2. To be kept closed airtight or open? 3. What exactly is the effect? I have read about soaking fenugreek seeds in water but not in oil. Another question I wish to ask you is: Have you kept collection of your posts in word/text files on your PC, so that it can be readily made available? Or have you published a book of these posts? I feel, the information you have posted is so valuable and needs to be organized and made available. If you have not done this earlier, you may start doing this now onwards at least, so it is easy in future. Thanks and Regards ps: This applies to other authors also. ------------------ Message# 1155 Re: Require Help for Alopecia areata The reasons for this conditions are many. Even if hair are falling from selected areas, put 200 gm dry fenugreek seeds in 500 gm of pure coconut oil and keep it in the sun for 7 days. After that, filter that oil and fill it in a glass bottle. By rubbing this oil in the morning and evening on the hair stops falling of hairs, hairs becomes black and results in new growth of hairs. Other than this, there are a number of home-remedies which include Aamla powder as one ingredient. Only this one has been given since tried out on a larger number of cases. ----------------------
