Let me first say that I am an Ayurvedic Naturopath that practices some

constitutional homeopathy but in accordance to Wilhelm Reich's work.

The brain in an effort to survive and move on- attempts to

cover up and block out bad memories by itself.

Bad memories-can only be successfully dealt with through working

with an Orgonomist-and this is a MD or DO that has studied Reich, and

not Jung or Freud (Reich was Freud's student and Freud changed his

information for the Nazi party and Reich refused and ended up coming to

the U.S.) Reich went on to disprove some of Freuds theories -

I myself have gone through several years of Orgonomy treatments and was

able to unearth several " bad memories " in my first two years of life

that were causing anxiety attacks and severe chronic sore throats.

Another way to deal with bad memories is through Rolfing- which is not

a psychological approach at all but purely physical..either way it

pulls the defense or hardness out of the body where it is stored. Even

though I have gone through my ten Rolfing sessions- I think the

emotional effects are very strong and I believe it is prudent to be

conscious of this aspect.

Herbs like Valerian- and you know in Ayurveda it teaches that valerian

dulls the mind- does little to block out memories but rather sedates

feelings- a drug like anything else. Where the mind goes the body

follows, the tricky part to understand is that the beginning part of

that comes from a state of armored unconsciousness.

I have also successfully worked with Ayurveda and Homeopathy and have

not found any problems- but this is because I treat homeopathy in the

context it was meant to be used- one remedy in one or two months- one

or two doses within a week or two. There is nothing in Ayurveda that I

have found that can compare with homeopathy- and vise versa- so I

believe that each is necessary for a complete healing model.

I have written a book on this- about psychosomatic aspects of healing,

dosha and constitutional changing- etc....

It is called " Beyond Natural Cures "

You can find it on my website below.
