Guest guest
It is probably not being active, or being active, then too non active: I seen hours pass by when I am on the CPU, the weekend before I got the panic disorder, which is such an ugly expreience, I should have taken it easy, but I started sorting out my first book in pdf format. Guest guest
Interesting. I've been taking cayenne (no opportunity to try the other suggestions) and have been going on long walks and gardening 5 - 8 hours a day almost every day for 2 weeks and my blood pressure was perfect when checked this weekend. My arm still has problems after working too much, but not as bad - maybe it'll keep lessening and finally go away. Thank you everyone for the input.
