Kundalini Yoga has one particular type of Breathing called " Breath of Fire " very, very Powerfull Kriya, which does accent on the abdominal breathing.. 3 minutes of this " Breath Of Fire " Breathing is equivalent to one hour of normal Breathing ( oxidation of cells, regeneration of molecules, Lymphatic System etc..etc..) ..BUT.. there's NOT just breathing in Yoga, especially in Kundalini Yoga..SO many more benefits for the complete Bodies.. humbly dev saroop (aka: certfied Instructor) abdominal breathing I have been practicing yoga for last six months.
