Guest guest
Hello Dr. Bhate: You and other Vaidyas often refer to " Panchagavya " medicine as a treatment for numerous diseases. Obviously, it consists of five things all obtained from a cow. Could you please educate us on what those things are and how they are mixed together? Also, are their proportions fixed or varied based on the need? Once prepared, are they prescribed in the form of a tablet or a syrup? Last but not the least, are they generally more effective than cow-urine alone? Thanks, Matt
Guest guest
Most of your querry is already answered at: http://health.ayurveda/message/1392 The medicines are available in all forms and their indicated areas are shown on govigyan.com There are some more medicines made by Goushala at Akola, especially for Diabetes, Skin diseases, arthritis, Eczema, Psoriasis etc Author has extended the applications by combining some distillates in proportions specific to each patient, which has yielded better results; e.g. in PCOS. ____________________________ You and other Vaidyas often refer to " Panchagavya " medicine as a treatment for numerous diseases.
