Guest guest
Ronni I have a form of neuropathy. It is in my brachial plexus. I go to a chiropracter and he has used electrical stimulation and massage therapy . this has helped me. I also belon to the heuropathy association which is at http://www.neuropathy.org. Guest guest
>>First: My mother, 65, is diabetic. She is having great problems with burning/tingling in her left leg and foot. She was diagnosed with peripherial neuropathy (sp?). Does anyone know of a natural help for this? She is taking a medicine for it (the name escapes me at the moment) but it does not help. She also has done a great deal in lifestyle modification and has her sugar level pretty much under control but this leg thing is really getting to her.<< Magnesium supplementation might help her neuropathy. If she takes it, slowly increase the dosage to bowel tolerance and I would definitely spread the dosage out over the day - it can cause loose bowels. I forget how beneficial magnesium is until I do a liver flush (take larger amounts of mag citrate) and then some of my aches and pains go away. Instead of the 200 mg I have been taking, I'm going to increase throughout the day until my achy feet don't ache anymore. __ Sell on Auctions – no fees. Guest guest
I had terrible nerve pain for decades and when I elimentated gluten, and all hidden gluten, 90% of the nerve pain went away. I also drink the fresh lemon juice daily for the joint pain, and it also takes away 90% of pain. Zuni , " bb66866 " <bb66866 wrote: > > I have had this in my feet for the past 2 years. Very painful. Guest guest
In my last posting, I forgot to mention, I weigh 220 lbs...at times it has gotten as high as 236 in the past. I do try to get it down but haven't been successful yet. My digestion isn't the greatest in the world either..having had jobs working with the public and having no lunch hour, I got into the habit over the years of eating too fast and not chewing properly..in recent years I have made a point of improving this..I do however have problems with swallowing sometimes and the food tries to get stuck in my esophagus. I think this is probably a result of my past eating habits. My bowel movements vary too..Sometimes I have irritable bowel..When I was very very young I suffered from constipation, but that hasn't been a problem in a very long time..I have had a good bit of trouble with loose bowels, but it got much better when I stopped eating refined stuff..I cut alot of that out and it improved..I still have some changes to make. I don't know what my prakuti? is . I will try to find out...and if left anything out in these two posts..Please ask! Thanks so much.
