neuropathy - fuzzy navels??

I am not an expert on Ayurveda per se. There are a lot of people

here who are. I do have a couple of comments. I think that any

drink called a " fuzzy navel " would cause anyone to be sick.

 

Golden flaxseed is a marketing gimmick. Brown flax seed is just as

good if not better and for a fraction of the price. Also, if you use

flax seeds, grind them first in a coffee or spice grinder.

Yes you are exactly right..they are not..That is the whole point of

why I listed them. I was drinking one or two in the evenings prior

to my high trigyceride diagnosis...They are vodka and orange juice.
