Sleep - wake up refreshed

 Hello

 

For disturbed sleep -

 

- First of all you should remove any type of stress from your mind if any.

 

- At bed time think of the whole day what was positive & negative happenings.

 

- Rinse your feet with warm or cold water accordingly before going to bed.

 

- Pray to God for peace all arounnd.

 

- Do some sort of meditation in bed for minimum 5 to 10 minutes. Slowly increase

the timings accordingly.

 

- Avoid junk and spicy food in routine.

 

- Check out for if any type of Gastric disturbance is there like acidity or

constipation.

I do not seem to wake up

refreshed anymore. I have been doing everything I could think of to sleep

>better. I have no problem falling asleep and try to get to bed before 10.
