Dear Online Friends,

I am copying the following letter from the Health Action quarterly magazine

published by CHAI (Christian Health Association of India) in its May 2000 issue

as it has helped many persons try the simple three-minute exercises as at

www.atbsnr.com not only to cure themselves of nagging back pains but also to

remain much healthier than ever before without falling sick as long as

possible. I hope, some more friends might like to try to help themselves.

" Fresh like a flower "

" With slight modifications, Acharya Technique for Back, Spine and Nervous

Rejuvenation-ATBSNR (HealthAction, April 2000)-is also useful in curing knee

pain, spondylitis, slipped-disks, non-specific oedema of the legs and feet often

seen in women, varicose veins, pre-menstrual tensions (PMTs), post delivery

aches and pains, and menopausal problems such as hot flushes. It improves

concentration. If students learn and practise it regularly, they can hope to

perform well in their examinations besides enjoying better health.

" Many people have found it good for reducing stress and mental depression. Those

who may not find much benefit after practising ATBSNR are most welcome to write

to me or ring me up on my Pune number -020-26870204- for further advice.

" The latest health slogan for the new millennium is:

" Three Minutes A Day;

Keep The Docotr Away! "

" And, last but not the least, it has been found that whenever a person is too

tired, lying down for a few minutes and relaxing and doing ATBSNR is very

useful. The moment one gets up after doing the exercise, he/she will always feel

completely free and relaxed and feel " fresh like flower " each time.
