Guest guest
Dear Ramji If you can find Panchakarma centre near your home then use of Janudhara [ as Shirodhara] [ Janu means KneeJoint] with medicated oil will help for Synovitis. I am interested in study of your child's horoscope. Will you please write his birth detail ?[ Time, Place,Date] Vaidya Upadhye http://www.astroayurvedalogy.com http://www.astrotreat.blogspot.com .................................................. Guest guest
Synovitis is the inflammation of the synovial membranes present in the synovial joints . The synovial joints r those , which possess cavities in them . In this condition , Pain is the major factor . The joint swelling mostly occures due to fluid collection in the joint. As per Ayurveda , this condition can be termed as Sandhigat Vata ( Arthritis ) .. The signs can be examined from the child , as it is not possible for the child to express his problem . The tenderness on the joints , the swelling , the warm feeling upon the touch of the joint should be examined first . In my opinion , the treatment cant be told here . As the child should be examined first thoroughly & then diagnosed in terms of Ayurveda . Then it can be treated . But it should be treated very cautiously as the affected person is small child . It can be treated after knowing the exact duration of the complaints , the present signs , examination of the child etc . Dr . Gandhi S . C . Guest guest
Please visit the link http://health.ph.ayurveda/phot\ os/browse/9ec3 Look at the photos which show dark blemishes on the skin on the fold of the joints. Do you notice such discoloration on skin covering any of the joints (include those in fingers of hand, wrist, elbow, fingers of the feet, knee, groin, backside waist region, shoulders, armpits, neck). You may also read the file " Early diagnosis of Pre-diabetic or PCOS.doc " available at the link http://health.ayurvedaarti\ cles/Dr.%20BhateFiles/ Author feels that the root causes of pre-diabetic stage and arthritis are one and same. The sandhigat vata description given by Dr Gandhi fits well. Author treated a 15 year old girl with similar problems. The pictures of 10 month old on above link give food for thought. It is surprising that Arthritis is being noted in babies and teenagers. The toxic chemicals passed on to the baby during gestation period, formula feed, vaccinations, soft floor refined carbs...the list is endless. As suggested by Dr Gandhi, meet nearest vaidya at earliest and get suitable treatment. Guest guest
Dear Dr. Shirish Bhate, It is a very good documented data along with photo. This is what all ayurvedic practicioners should do & prove that ayurveda is not emperical science. It is time tested and proves effective when treated as per classics Regards Dr Suresh
