Guest guest
Dear good people, My husband and I dearly want a child but because of my higher FSH levels we are finding it difficult to conceive. I'm 35 and we are both desperatly wanting a child. As far as i know my progesterone and estrogen levels are normal but the quality and quantity of my eggs are poor. My doctor says that if our Clomid test next month fails she has not other options for me. Please is there something we can do? with heart, N
Guest guest
Modern lifestyle induced stress, associated anxiety, fear and sometimes the desire for the baby in mind but weak in the soul are some of the reasons. These factors are elaborated at: ayurveda/message/9265 ayurveda/message/9341 ayurveda/message/9368 ayurveda/message/13931 Ageing driven degeneration in the egg quality is due to stress and gets enhanced by ovaries in overdrive by synthetic hormone like molecules. But many couples have conceived in the age range 40-45, when they desperately sought the baby. 23 years after the marriage, a couple in Borivali, Mumbai was blessed with a healthy boy baby. The age of mother was around 45 at that time. The case of a obstetrician in Rajkot, Gujarat naturally becoming father 12 years after marriage and after two unsuccessful IVF is also a pointer to the fact that conception and succesful pregnancy is not a mathematics of body yielding to synthetic hormones and the manipulating medicines, but is a complex interplay of high energy elctrical pulses governed by the state of mind. Mind body connection is strongest factor here. By marma points check, author often found glands in distress even when the their hormones were in normal ranges as inestigaed by consultant allopaths/endocrinologists. The ageing or fatigue of an organ is something, the science will take time to quantize and correct without hyperstimuting medicines. Sluggist ovaries often do not yield to increased FSH, but ayurvedic hormonal medicines have been found to strengthen the eggs, while reducing FSH levels simulataneiously. Unfortunately, which medicine, what dose, what changes in lifestyle can not be decided online. You may visit a nearby vaidya. Since the late 1990s sufficient amount of scientific data has been published to realise that a major threat to the health of the unborn generations is intrauterine pollution by fat-soluble man-made molecules. The extensive list of such pollutants includes PCBs, dioxins and Bisphenol-A that accumulate over the years in our adipose tissues. Many of these synthetic chemicals are considered hormonal disruptors, they mimic oestrogens. This is how we western MDs currently explain the increasing rates of disorders of the male genital tract (undescended testicles, hypospadias, testicular cancers, decrease in average sperm counts, etc) and decreasing qualitiy of ovums, irregular periods etc. Detoxification of body, especially toxins stored in adipose tissues becomes an important positive step. Remote suggestions can those can be given: Pranayama, Meditation and prayer are miracle medicines, where even blessings from herbs may not reach. These three work on heart chakra, balance sadhak pitta, prana and vyan vata, giving the effect of mind on the health of endocrinal glands, previously unimagined by vaidyas. Guest guest
Dear Sattvic, In fact, from the ayurvedic treatment point of view, high levels of FSH or any other such parameters do not matter. But still hopefully there are certain ayurvedic polyherbal compounds are very effective in managing all the considerable causes which are responsible for female infertility be it high FSH levels tubal blocks, high prolactin levels or many such. To name such medicines " Phala ghrita " holds top priority and next " Maha kalyan ghrita.Other supportive medicines like " Mahadrakshadi churna,Pushpa dhanwa ras,Rajapravartani vati,Ashokaristam, etc., are prescribed according to the individual requirement.. You may consult near by ayurvedic physician for better evaluation of you condition through ayurvedic diagnosis. ____________________ My husband and I dearly want a child but because of my higher FSH levels we are finding it difficult to conceive. Guest guest
Often, by doing yoga, you can stimulate different organs and glands into functioning more optimally. The best thing to do would be to find a good yoga class. Good postures are front leg stretches, especially wide leg stretches, cobra, bow, butterfly, locust, shoulderstand, plough, camel, anything for the lower back area.
