Guest guest
Dear Savithriji Belching indicates indigestion. At your daughters age acidity should not be a proble. If she is doing exercise regularly? I thinkg regular exercise for 1/2 hour will solve her problem. Guest guest
Savithriji, Hari Om ! Your daughter is suffering from hyperacidity. She must stop eating small-meals frequently. I agree with Dr. ajeya upadhye's suggestion that she often developes belching due to indigestion and flatulence (gas). It is very good that She avoids spicy foods. In addition to the exercise suggested by him, may I suggest her to take a home-made preparations....................... Boil 5-6 sticks of ( Or powdered ) cinnamon (dalchini) in a glass of water. Add a pinch of pepper powder and little honey. A tablespoon of above concoction taken ½ hour after meals relieves indigestion and flatulence (gas). Let her try for a few days....... it will not harm anyway. With best wishes, Swami Brahmavidyananda Saraswati _______________ My daughter is suffering from hyperacidity.
