FOR DROWSINESS

 

 

Drowsiness can be cor-rected by taking some sweet juice, such as pomegranate

or sweet orange juice.

 

 

 

I read this while doing some research on A and hypoglycemia. The article

said to drink juice. I thought juice would make you sleepier? It would be

nice if it really helped. I will try it. Anyone else tried this?

 

I am a high Pitta who is having some problems with energy. I don't know

whether it is due to food allergy or hypoglycemia. Any clues?

 

I got sleepy after eating figs. Is this too much sugar?

It is not the sweet in fig fruit makes you sleep, it increases brain blood flow

and a lot of more influence on brain also due to a lot of endocrine influence of

the fruit.

I read after I sent this email that if you have kapha imbalance to stay away

from figs. I was stuck on my Pitta diet but I do think I have Kapha

imbalance. I am tired a lot and have a hard time getting out of bed.
