Guest guest
Hi Ellie, how are you? I am type O also. We need alot of protein in our diets. I tried being a vegetarian for many years, all that got me was fat, tired and protein deprived. I am alergic to soy as well, I tried eating tofu for years and it always made me feel bad. Now I know why. And I do not make any money referring people to blood type diet. I just know how well it works. As an example I had my cholesterol checked in Jan 01 and then rechecked last week. I was jumping for joy as the numbers went way down! My medical doctor was thrilled to say the least and is now recommending blood type diet to his patients! Here's the numbers so you can see the dramatic difference: Total Cholesterol - Jan 01 it was 199, now its 144 (should be below 200) HDL Level (Good) - Jan 01 it was 35, now its 38 (should be for females 35-55) LDL Level (Bad) - Jan 01 it was 137, now its 96 (should be below 130) TC/HDL Ratio - Jan 01 it was 5.0, now its 3.8 (should be below 4.5) Trigliceride Level - Jan 01 it was 111, now its 48 (should be 35-180 for females) - Lilla, Thank you the very nice post. I enjoyed reading it. I want to try that microhydrin. I have O positive blood. I'm diabetic inslin dependant. Thanks also for the sites I'm going to check them out. Hope to talk to you again.
