The big toe is the first biggest toe or the thumb toe, and the thread is to be

tied on the narrower part of the toe where the bichuas are worn. Like where a

ring would be worn. Remove the thread when your need is over. Here we are

interfering with the natural course so use it only when in dire straits. I have

never used it. I was scared that the flow might be heavy when we remove it.

The menstrual period is a normal phenomenon . It should not be

disturbed from the normal cycle by pre-poning or post-poning it .

Otherwise it can have some abnormality in the future course of

menses .

If u want to delay the menses for 1 or 2 days , take 2 lime seeds

with water approx 2 days before the expected date of menses . It can

help to delay it upto certain extent .

But once again , try not to pre-pone or post-pone the menses .
