I cant go in general public, my nose sound like a either snoring or whistle or forcefullu breathing or sniffling. please advise me so i can breath properly.I can't sleep either beacause my mouth get dry.My turbinate was burned once before. Guest guest
Dear Mayuri Eliminate milk and sugar and gluten from your diet, drink at least 2L quality water everyday, check the water drinking regime that was posted recently on the list - 500mL on an empty stomach 30 minutes before breakfast immediately on rising. Practice y our Hatha Yoga and some pranayama (Swami Ramdev has a good regime available on his website) use only salt water in your nose, no chemicals. Have someone massage your neck, shoulders and upper back, but especially your neck, twice a day. Remember your solar plexus breathing, nice and slow. Remember to use the purest water available and sea salt, not table salt with its potentially harmful chemicals. This will help you to begin to breathe normally again if you can do these few simple things. Jane ------------------- > I am a patient of chronic sinisits as well allergic rhinitis. Guest guest
Greetings sinus sufferer My suggestion to you is as follows: AM- use netti pot, and irrigate sinus with saline solution. This is easily created by using a few grains of sea salt to purified water. Insert netti pot tip to septum in nostil, tilt head to opposite should and breathe slowly out of the mouth. The sinus will begin to irrigate and drain out the opposite nostil. Complete both side, and blow nose. Upon irrigating, use Naysa drops in sinus, by laying down, neck leaned back on pillow, and whilst sniffing deeply input 4-5 drops. Massage sinus. It is always best to place wet heat pack on the face before irrigating. Helps to break down congestion. Do this daily, and if severe mucous is present, then take 2 capsules of mullein leaf. This aids in drying up mucous. Sinusitis is caused by irritation, resulting in inflammation. Naysa oil helps to sooth, protect, and ease this. Ghee is a great alternative, but should be slightly warmed, when sniffed post irrigation. You may also find naysa oil online along with netti pot at Banyanbotanicals.com Blessings of health.
