New Feedback on simple self-cure for back pain

Dear Online Friends,

 

Here is a pleasant surprise for all online friends. One Mr. Jayantilal Haridas

Davda a Gujarati gentleman who has settled down in U. K. (Middlesex) and who is

currently on a visit to Pune wanted to purchase some good book on back pain with

which he has been suffering since a long time. The book shop owner advised him

to buy the recently published book by this author titled, Say No to Back Pain " a

simple self cure spine yoga " .

 

After reading the book, he met with this author for personal guidance and to

practice the spine yoga exercises. While talking to him about his history of the

pain, he explained that his back pain is for quite some time and since some time

past, he has also some pain in the upper back (cervical spondylosis) with pain

below the shoulder blades. But his knee pain was giving him more trouble

frequently.

 

On that day of his first visit on March 24, 2009, when he did the ATBSNR yogic

very near future.

 

He seemed to be full of good feelings and great hope for curing himself so

easily without any medicines or drugs. Earlier, he had a bad experience of

strong allopathic medicines that generally have too many adverse side-effects.

He also passed the following remarks on his case paper:
