 i am 46 y/man at present. there is no any disease but still to maintain body i

am taking mixture of 1)aswagandha,2)shatavari,3)amala,4)brahmi 0r Arjunsal with

turmeric powder equal weight with good mixing 1 tea spoon daily at night with

cold water. is it good or band or ad some other medicine or remove some pls

guide me

I think, if you take the mixture without turmeric and then follow it up with a

cup of warm cow milk with half or three-quarters of teaspoon turmeric powder

mixed well in milk, it might be still better. Let us see what our learned

vaidyas online suggest.

If you are not an experienced herbalist you could create an imbalance by taking

something like that for really no reason… Its not what we do now and then that

produce health and disease it's what we do daily… There is a rule {not Ayurveda}

that when taking herbals for chronic conditions that you should follow… " The

rule of sixes " Take something for 6 days, and take a day off; Take something for

6 weeks, and take a week off: Take something for 6 months, and take 6 months

off… This gives your body a chance to eliminate any excess… Herbs are like

potent foods and if you eat the same thing daily you'll run the risk of getting

sick; you have to ask your self, why I'm I take these? Good luck… Noel
