for bronchitis

Hi sir,

I am gayathri. I have been suffering from severe cold, cough and bronchitis from

the past two three days, can you please suggest me an ayurvedic medicine for

this. Especially bronchitis is unbearable. I am not able to sleep due to this.

Please help me. I can feel infection of mucous so much.

Drink strong Golden seal and Licorice tea 6 times a day... Also take some

Amalaki in what ever form you can find it... Fresh fruit would be great... Noel

you can start Tulsi leaves kalk +jethimadh pow 1/2 spoon+haldar pow 1/2 spoon

and sunth pow - 1/2 spoon daily three times daily with honey.

use lasan (garlic) maximum in your food . use boiled water and avoid curd,ghee

and sweets

u please - take 1/2 tsp sitopaladi pow +1/2 tsp of triktu churha +1 tab Laxmi

vilas rasa (Nardiya- Dabur only ) and 1/2 spoon of pushkarmool churna - every

day thrice with 2 spoon of honey . continue for 15 days least.

avoid frozen food . chilled water and sweets. use boiled water.
