Skin Burn due to eletric shock

My name is krishna 24(F)

 

In my childhood my skin was fair enough without any spot.

 

But at the age of eight years, I had a heavy electric shock for long time & my

skin became black with dark spots.

 

After that it cause me skin deceases.

 

So, could you suggest me any skin treatment which can get back my original skin

fairness & can remove dark spots for permanent bases & without side effects.
