Guest guest
Welcome, Cheryl: A friend of mine Wendy Davis also volunteers for PSI, an area coordinator, and I have a lot of respect for the organization. What is a PSI OK coordinator. (PSO?) and would like to know more also about amino acids via neurotransmitter testing. And I would like to hear more about your nutritional approach. I have a special interest in perinatal mood disorders. Is there a particular company/brand whose foods you support and suggest to women with pmd? (I will probably not say much, but read a lot!). For ten years I have supported new mothers with Postpartum Support of Oklahoma and served for several years as Postpartum Support International's OK coordinator. With PSO, my partner and I developed a nutritional protocol that eliminates most symptoms of postpartum mood disorders in just a few days. I believe most mood changes have a nutritional etiology. I have become curious about the treatment of more severe mood disorders using amino acids via neurotransmitter testing. So, in short I have a heart for new mothers and a sensitivity to the various experiences women have during the perinatal period. -- Cheryl Jazzar, MHR Postpartum Support International www.postpartum.net Office: 770.350.0982 Cell: 405.474.6720
Guest guest
Hi Vicky, How nice that you and Wendy are friends. She also serves as PSI's coordinator of coordinators! So, she is a link between PSI and it's coordinators. She does a great deal for PSI. I was PSI's Oklahoma coordinator, so I know Wendy too. In Oklahoma, we noticed that women who followed a certain protocol recovered quickly. Most women who called me did not want to take meds, or were having problems achieving a therapeutic benefit. If they chose a nutritional approach, I gave three options: 1. muscle testing and therapy with an herbalist. (Usually, she found an underlying candida infection and/or a nutritional deficiency.) 2. Shoshana Bennett, former PSI president shared info on Isagenix, a cleansing and nutritional program she uses with some of her postpartum clients. 3. PSO's protocol, found in the book *101 Great Ways to Improve Your Health. http://www.1shoppingcart.com/app/?Clk=2121891 * ** This consists of: sublingual B-complex vitamins, 1000mg of magnesium, 1500mg of calcium, preferably with vitamin D, natural progesterone cream or sublingual tablets, and Omega-3 fatty acids, preferably in the form of krill oil (www.mercola.com). I always suggested women buy their supplements from a health food store, not a Wal Mart or drugstore. We talked about lifestyle changes and the importance of 'feeding the neurology'. The body is taxed after growing a fetus on the standard American diet. I am learning about neurotransmitter testing through www.neuroscience.com. Right now I have just started working with two ND's in two separate cases. I am only observing their methods with a woman who has bi-polar disorder and a woman who has bi-polar and obsessive-compulsive disorder with a postpartum onset. In each case, the practitioner has ordered the same test through NeuroScience to look at levels of epinephrine, noraepinephrine, adrenal function, serotonin, dopamine, cortisol; etc. When the results come back, nutritional suggestions will be made based on what neurotransmitter function needs to be strengthened. So glad to be a part of the group! And it's nice to 'meet' you, Vicky. I can't wait to hear more about you online. I adore my prehnite, too, and hold one whenever I meditate. I plan on buying a Bloodstone elder for my horse who is a bit of a scaredy cat! I love all stones but some of my favs are flourite, labradorite, quartz, prehnite and amythist. I use my stones for everything. Meditation, ritual, reiki, energy healing, grids, and i stick differant ones in my pocket depending on where I have to go. Befor I was attuned I would put a lodestone in each of my pockets just to goto walmart. Energy is just awful there. I also use them for chakra work. I use them on my self and others who request them. Guest guest
Hi Kat, I've just started doing crystal work seriously again. I've always used clear quartz crystals but now I'm working with rose quartz & amethyst. Do you know of any specific crystals that help combat negativity, specifically with a co worker? I'm thinking black onyx? I usually wear a rose quartz crystal but I think I need to wear something stronger to protect from negative vibes. thx, Kelly --- On Thu, 9/11/08, kat <katbear6262000 wrote: kat <katbear6262000 [CrystalHW] new member Thursday, September 11, 2008, 3:26 PM Hi everyone, I am new to this group. It does a very nice job of repelling negative energies (ESPECIALLY where co-workers are concerned .... personal experience) and for me it is also a preferred grounding stone. Since you are already working with the quartz family this may resonate with you even better then the onyx but by all means try them both and see which you like better. Blessings to your weekend all. Katrina took our Montessori school of 26 years and left us in early retirement.. .which translates to no further income. Any crystals I had are the ones I will caretake of for whatever time is left to me.In several years to come I will search for homes for my crystals and wonder if this group allows for any adoption of stones from each other? For right now, though I look forward to meeting real people with real insights as to their connection to the spiritworld via our Mother's gifts to us. I hope to share more as I get to know how this group works.Over here we have a Kiva and a Medicine Wheel with many crystal stones that hold certain positions in it. I create altars in the form of grids and would love to learn more of their specific power and if any of you have used them I would love to hear of your results. I have also made crystal rods with bamboo or copper from inches long to over 8ft. I and my hubby, for eg, laid a Star of David under the Kiva and buried with these 8ftlong segments of copper was a crystal on each apex and a rose quartz chunk in the center. Whoever takes this property later on will probably feel real good in this building and not even know why...lol. We are also blessed with having a huge oak tree with seven trunks. What a wonderful tree this is! We also have pool in which rests a huge chunk of rose quartz as well as a very large smokey quartz double terminated an several shiva Lingham stones. there are also several injured chorlite crystals, having been drilled to hold candles. They are receiving help from the other larger ones. I also have lined several fairy statues around the pool who have not only crystals in their flowers but also hold printed words on stones. I did this so that the essence of the words...like. ..peace or beauty or caring, etc will be passed into the water itself as it rises to go on its journey to land with this blessing passed to it. I also , when I swim , pass energy into the pool water saying the words as I do the strokes. Ok, after having survived several hurricanes and kidney cancer and having taught little children for 45 years I now turn to face the coming years...as we all do. I would love to know just how anyone whose life has taken sudden turns and now move to the quiet years or the turn of life toward the releasing time...how do you approach it with your crystals? How do you release them gently from your hands? I am so grateful for any input as I move now to find homes as financial needs have prompted me forward with all this? So, I guess I have said more than enough right now and look forward to hearing from you here at this group. Judy
Guest guest
Welcome Judy:-) You've had a traumatic time of it by the sounds of it, but as we all do, you're carrying on doing your best, well done. What is a Kiva? I haven't given a thought to what will happen to my crystals when I go - I guess whoever throws everything out will either take them, give them away or possibly even return them to the earth in a skip, but I do know that spirit will take them wherever they are meant to go. I have seen crystals appear and disappear so often it no longer surprises me. So, I won't worry about that one. Chorlite I don't know, will have to go noseying... I've used crystal grids quite a bit for healing this last year, just doing what comes naturally and it seems they've been very successful. As we know crystals are used in computers, watches etc…their oscilations? vibrations? And properties of being able to be programmed…and hold the information…are also known. It has been said that dowsing programs seem to wane after awhile…(pendulums…). Well I decided to incorporate crystals to the solution to this problem…as there is many varieties of crystal (stones) there are just as many of uses and characteristics of each…type… many good books and info on the net as to such…if one is so inclined. The Tibetan iam kinda fond of..Since this one is what facilitated an activation…at the harmonic concordance (harmonicconcordance.com) event in Nanaimo (JJ hurtak ,keys of enoch, grid leylines)…Since then… this experience has accelerated into more then I ever expected. I guess I should start from the beginning..i went to an event in Nanaimo with 144 other healers ,psychics, etc. What was envolved there was many copper pipes and crystals sitting in these stands holding six pipes to each stand spiraling up ,with the crystals on/in the top of the pipes.picture over a thousand of these in a sacred geometric pattern… Well on the night of nov.8 2003 ,I waited till about 12 at night, maybe 6 to 12 people witnessed what transpired,I walked into this grid..And immediately I felt waves of this energy …like being in a power station or something.i proceeded to walk this spiral design,I got to the middle where a cluster of crystals were assembled, hovered there momentarilly …then walked out of the grid..over to a huge double terminated crystal sitting on the floor. This crystal was used in the harmonic convergence ceremonies..of 1987.i went and stood over this crystal between my legs looked up at a merkaba (sacred geometry).took a double terminated Tibetan crystal and held my right hand to the heavens (like the tarot card ,magician). Wham.. this energy implodes in me knocking me out sorta ,iam standing there, hanging suspended like…people are watching ,wondering, whats going on? a woman ,Gabriel which puts these events on… says take the crystal out from his legs..iam conscious of everything around me…so when the crystal is pulled..I pull myself forward and drop to my knees and drop the crystal that I was holding….now iam in pain ..My muscles are contorting like ive been plugged into a wall..being electrocuted by this vibrational energy…its now buzzing throughout my whole body .iam wondering what the heck is going on here…and how do I stop this pain… well I sat down ,in Buddhist position and started to do this set of hand movements…mudras…then this energy calmed down and I normalized..Smiled at gabby and left the room…well I ended up channeling this energy about five times at the event…sometimes I was ready for it and others caught me off guard..As when I was on stage playing crystal singing bowl.i was holding the crystal (Tibetan )in hand and the bowl started to oscilate very strangely ..some people noticed this…this time I wasn't ready for this energy , it seemed that holding the crystal in hand and sound had something to do with it…to describe this energy its like ..take a 9 volt battery those little square ones, put it on your tounge and a vizzzz feeling occurs, now turn it up and run it thru your whole body, also think of sitting in a tub full of alkesiltzers…tiny bubbles…? Laurence welk on drugs…? Theres also a sound that occurs it's a vizzzzzz sounding…ITA all related …, (this is how the pyramids were built leyline /vibrational energies, lifting of stones ,levitation) Energy=Sound=vibrations=light…the creative energy? The source The Creator? (In the beginning was the word…sound…vibration). I Call it cosmic kundalinni…very similar to the kundalinni experience that I ve heard of,and it was said by many that.that was what I was going thru….only one problem this energy was comin down thru me..not from within or below…so it discounts that, I believe. I dicided to do some backwards engineering and what I found was …that on four times a year people gather at sacred spots on earth,on the solstices and equinoxes..where someone would stand over a crystal and knowledge and power would be transferred…these places are Stonehenge, newgrange, jeruselem, and giza…and many more…(hence closure to the public on these times) also its been said that churches and temples (granite…50% quartz crystal?) have been built over leylines/ vortices to harness and control the energy of these sites? (global grid by becker and hagens)Old pagan sites? So tripping around b.c. last year I had the joy of meeting and working with many people .I make something called a (holy hand grenade) in a pyramid shape..that has crystals, metal filings, fibronichi spirals.etc etc…these hold the programs that you program into them…along with the copper pipes filled with crystals..this info is available at (educate- yourself.org) tesla/reich technologies…met a person (danny)in the village of Hartley bay .i was gifted a crystal pendulum and a eagle feather… this is where I got introduced to dowseing community…so I reciprocated by gifting some pyramids…we related so well he said I must meet someone by the name of david, we spoke , and I said ill drop in when I come thru town…well when I got to davids place I notice a medicine wheel , wow whats this…?and so got to play and set up grid within the wheel…while I was is this town .i had the pleasure of meeting Telkwa Ted…I went to his wheel and I pluncked down my pyramid in his wheel..we spoke and he taught me some things, i did energy/channeling and he checked the energy he said you've brought something different to my wheel, you've changed it…it also doubled in size (energy vortice) after I did this..well my journey continued ..building medicine wheels and gifting pyramids … I ended up finding moonstones, opals, amethysts, and crystals…traveling around.and setting up grid /wheel at both conventions last years and this..100 mile..we checked consciousness scale of the labyrinths and the grid seperatelly.labby came in at about 460 and grid 590…it seems to offend some people that I combine these two modalities but I take the best from all systems..as we should take the truths from all races and tribes for this is the way we can change the state of the world and consiousness…in the wheel I use sacred geometry, mathamatics,William reich /tesla technos.., kabala (sacred magic of abra-melin, the first translation from Hebrew,1425 by Mac Gregor Mathers) geomancy, dowseing ,astrology ,crystals, medicine wheel, paganism/shamanism and channeling this cosmic kudalinni, the most important emotion/will and group intent …at least two…where two gather in my name iam ?..…hence in alchemical terms 1+1=3 .what I do, you shall do also…and more .for I believe it is the christal consiousness that has/would return, not a man…(in my opine) what I found that progressively we were getting larger and larger vortices in our wheels...and combining our intents…(healing missions) we would target different sites and the last (Niagara) went global and beyond… wow…with only a few people we had this success…awesome it is….one person/few can make a difference...we usually go with healing mother earth first…converting/transforming negative energies into positive energy, sent to the centre of and for the utilization by mother earth for her healing processes, then raising the vibrational consciousness of humanity,to each individuals highest maximum comfortable level … last a personal intent of healing for oneself or someone else… health, abudance, wisdom and knowledge and the CORRECT! application of, there of . It seems that many are now experiencing this activation… vibration … I went to a festival of awareness as a healer and I set up the grid with in their labyrinth…28 people attended…after I conducted the ceremonies..every one left and I took some pictures… this is where the orbs started showing up…I got back to my grid in the mountains…and they started showing up there also…it has become somewhat of a portal..? this is now another piece to the puzzle…what are they? And whats going on?in my opine I believe they are spirit orbs? (people?) the essence of the soul…(think of the halos around Christ /Buddha? spherical geometry) you when you leave your material body….in my photos I seem to be able to see a sacred geometric pattern in the centre of the (many colored) orbs… spheres of energy (spherical geometry)…and the MerKaBa…?a photograph…of the beginning or starting point of life? a 3 dimensional shape? Taken with and without a flash and in daylight? I believe these are the souls of people? The wheel, grid consists of ,twelve quartz boulders on outside circle, then eight in the next, six in the merkaba, and one in the centre….or as shown in the picture…along with orgone generators, copper pipes, all built and ceremonies conducted…over of a quartz vein…(alchemia geomancia). It has been said that the veil is lifting.,ascension is happening now…(2007=9, 9 month, 9 day, the 999, 9 representing the end of the cycle, (completion, fulfillment, expansion)…be mindful of your intents..you manifest what think…with the application of wisdom/knowledge and spiritual understanding, The Aquarian age will be ushered in with all its glorious blessings… mikael… pontfx333 sciencia est potentcia… knowledge is power… knowledge and wisdom… and the Correct application of… there of…
Guest guest
This is my formal introduction to this group since recently becoming a member. I would like to send my deepest appreciation to everyone for your informative posts to this message board. I have studied the science of Ayurveda only in the past six months and have slowly incorporated it into my daily rituals. I am still amazed at the results. I am a vata constitution--100% no question about it! Would someone have knowledge about any Ayurveda Practitioner in the Phoenix, Arizona area? I would like to meet with one to further discuss steps I can take along this path to enhance my physical and mental wellness the Ayurvedic way. Thank you for your attention.
