Guest guest
I have heard that traveling by jet greatly aggravates Vata. This may be particularly true for people like me who have more Vata in their constitution and flying at a Vata time of the year. It seems that after I fly I feel worse sometimes for months afterwards. Could this be because there is more Vata accumulated in the system after flying? In Chinese medicine they say Wind enters the body through the shoulder and neck area and this is where I tend to feel much more tension. It feels like there is an energy in me that keeps moving around. I feel dizziness, anxious, and more shakey. It becomes difficult to relax. Are there any reliable ways to dissipate Vata quickly and restore balance such as yoga postures, herbs, gems, etc?
Guest guest
Please try the three-minute spine yoga exercises as explained at www.atbsnr.com that are found to be helpful even in restoring the after effects of air travel like jet lag and imbalance of the tridoshas. Of course, you must also follow the do's and don'ts given at the website. I have personal experience. It has also been felt by many others who have tried or are following the ATBSNR technique.
