Guest guest
Hello all I am posting this mail on behalf of a friend of mine. She developed a painful lump under the jaw in the neck area . The doctor she went to said that it was an inflamed salivary gland on account of not drinking enough water. He put her on four rounds of antibiotics which helped stop the pain but the peanut size lump still remains. Any suggestions on how to dissolve the lump would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Sarita
Guest guest
1. is the lump paining when pressed slightly? 2. is it smooth rounded shape like a peanut or rough, irregular 3.when one holds in the finger and tries to move, does it move or tries to remain attached? 4. does it feel cold or warmer than the surrounding skin? 5. is skin over it same color as rest or there is any dicoloration 6. a photograph of the lump and surrounding area which shows jawbone, neckline would be useful to know the exact location. you can store it in photos section of group website; if difficult to store by yourself send by ordinary email to one of the moderators. ____________ He put her on four rounds of antibiotics which helped stop the pain but the peanut size lump still remains. Guest guest
I have read that beetroot reduces tumors. It can be had along side any thing there is no harm trying that. Triphala has reduced a big lump outside the uterine wall in my daughter's case. ______________ She developed a painful lump under the jaw in the neck area . Guest guest
Thank you Dr Bhate and Dr Kesarkar for your replies. I am not sure the picture will help because the lump is not visible. Also unsure if my friend would want a picture clicked. From what I felt it has a smooth rounded shape, does not move, no pain, seems attached yet not rigid and cannot be moved with no discoloration of skin. The skin does feel just a tad bit warmer than other areas. Sarita _________________ She developed a painful lump under the jaw in the neck area .
