How to get rid of Black marks (like mole) in face

I have few black patches like mole type in my face. It started two years

back when I was pregnant. It itches sometimes and turns red. I have been

to the dermatologists couple of time and all they give is cortisone

cream. Though it helps for the itching but the marks are still there. I

am just worried it will never go away. Since its my face,I am more

worried. Is there any home remedy or ayurvedic remedy for these kind of

problems.

Try Neem oil... I have seen this stuff do wonders...
