Guest guest
Dear Harish, Though I am not a vaidya, I can tell you from my experience that using Divya Dant Manjan available at Patanajali Chikitsalaya has solved my problems similar to yours. Use it by applying it and spitting it out without gargling so that a film remains on the teeth and gums. After 10 or 15 minutes, you can gargle with plain water. Thus after a couple of weeks, you will find both your teeth and gums in a stronger position. S.M.ACHARYA _______________ I have tooth cavities (Broken / Bad tooth) and sensitivity. Guest guest
Harish, Even I am not a medical person but i have suffered so much by way of teeth and gums. Even now i am not out of it. Please check your digestion and elimination as everything is interconnected, and we are more or less affected by some kind of digestive problems which reflect in our stoools. Massaging the gums with plain salt and mustard oil also helps. I put mustard oil in the manjan mentioned by Mr SM Achrya and i massage it. From more than three years i have given up tooth pastes. I brush my teeth with any manjan. Some one here suggested irimadai oil for oil pulling. This is very good for various tooth problems. There is a homeopathic medicine by the name asafoetida. Mother tincture of this can be applied on the cavities. I am doing these and much more, I research , ask for help and use it all. yet not out of it so I gave attention to my digestion, and I think the fault lies there in my case. ____________ ___ I have tooth cavities (Broken / Bad tooth)Â and sensitivity. Guest guest
In addition to the manjan, I would also suggest accupressure by pressing the tips of fingers of both the palms. I have added this simple idea with my daily ATBSNR exercises that take hardly three to five minutes. That has helped me in solving most of my teeth and gum problems that I have been facing since my young age. Hope it works for other online friends as well. Wishing you all a very happy and prosperous New Year! S.M.ACHARYA http://health.BackacheFreeWorld ____________ ___ I have tooth cavities (Broken / Bad tooth)‚ and sensitivity. Guest guest
Dear Acharya Ji, Really I am very much greatul to you for the suggestions. I have been using Divya Dant Manjan for couple of weeks . Really it gave good results comparing to other commecially available tooth pastes. Even emoform was useless. Suddenly the sensitivity / pain increased even after using Divya Dant Manjan. I have started with Homeopathic Bio-Combination No.23 and Mother Tincture of Plantago Major Q along with Dant Manjan. I soak the Mother Tincture in cotton and keep in the hollow and sensitive tooth area. The pain and sensitivity is getting reduced day by day since 2 days and today i feel much much better. Thanks, Regards, Harish ______________ In addition to the manjan, I would also suggest accupressure by pressing the tips of fingers of both the palms.
