Hi I am new to your group.I need lots of help with my weight,and I

am on Medacare,and Will be 57 April 28th. It's hard to hear a

Dr.tell you to just cut back. Is there help for me.?I have 3 grown

sons and 5 grandchildren. Hope to hear from lots of you.

Hello Carolyn from FL......I'm ForestWillow from IL. I am 55 and on a lot of medications. So I know that part of my problem is in the pills....some of them add weight to you. I need to loose at least 30 lbs. I have never weighed this much in my life. Maybe there is help for both of us!!! We could do the buddy system.
