Dear All,

There's some discussion going on on the Bates list about this, and it brought to mind something that Dr K said on this list a few months ago:

"Prescribing Bach Remedies is very easy.CLEMATIS is for long sight. Is always looking at far-off distance in hisday-dreamingHONEYSUCKLE is for short sight. Is always looking behind in life (regretsover missed opportunities, lost chances)"

I wondered then, back in January, could it really be that simple?

I even found myself a prospective experimental animal in the shape of a myopic van-driver who became very interested in Bates without ever actually doing anything about it (Too Busy, as usual)

I was going to suggest honeysuckle on its own without any Bates but he disappeared from the face of the earth. My earth anyway.

I wonder, would anyone on these lists, short- or long-sighted, like to try one of these and see what happens?

Dear Stewart,

I will try Clematis and will report. I am long sighted (not far

sighted alas!). And I do a lot of day dreaming/fantasising. Should I

also try palming along with it?
