Guest guest
(Pl note: The figure, provided by the Jana Swasthya Abhiyan, is only up to 2006. Subsequently the OPV1 was illegally and unethically introduced into India and experimented on Indian children. As per doctors (very responsible and eminent doctors) who have privately confided in me, the OPV1 has increased the rate of AFP cases by up to five times. We could easily have more than two lakh official cases in India. Unofficially, as per a Telegraph report in 2006, the cases up to that year were 3,00,000. I doubt even this figure. Polio is not just cases of paralysis of the limbs or AFP. It is also aseptic meningitis, cerebral palsy, Guillain Barre Syndrome, Coxsackie Virus. Again, we really do not know how the OPV, administered orally, is doing to the intestine of infants. Dr Pushpa Bhargava says we do not know enough about intestinal immunity to trust the OPV. And what about the cancers that the 60 carcinogenic viruses in the monkey serum used in OPV (which is also in the IPV) is causing? The Simian Immunodeficiency Virus (SIV) that is almost exactly similar to the HIV that causes AIDS in humans also was transferred to humans via the OPV and the Small Pox vaccine. How many have been killed by the vaccine? Are their any records? The OPV causes diarrhoea. The Rotavirus vaccine (another very controversial vaccine) is being offered in India as a solution to the increase in cases of diarrhoea. Do we now have a vaccine that is actually preying on the damage caused by another vaccine to promote itself? There are a lot of questions to be answered. Questions that will perhaps never be answered. Our Union Health Minister is himself a doctor. How can he be expected to spill the beans and go against his own colleagues? I do not understand how the medical establishment prefers to keep quiet. In Orissa people are threatened by the administration if they do not allow their children or grandchildren to be administered the OPV. Recently the Government of India has gagged the press and warned them not to report OPV adverse effects. People working to protect children are being openly threatened with dire consequences. Hey, what are we doing? Are we not jeopardising our entire future? Are we not helping the country to disintegrate? These people who have allowed OPV into India and have ignored all subsequent advice are the greatest traitors that India has ever witnessed in its history. We have exposed the children of this country to horrible risks. I think the entire episode is crying for a high level probe, not an eyewash.. We need to identify the children and find out lawyers who will fight their cases. We should demand for Rs. 20,00,000 per child not the paltry 2 lakhs that a court has recently awarded. I do not have words to condemn the entire episode. Those threatening me, PLEASE STOP. Threaten them who have allowed this enormous tragedy to happen. - Jagannath) _____________________ The increasing number of non polio cases in India since Pulse polio started must be inquired into and the guilty told to compensate the damage.  Year                                     \         NON-Polio AFP 1997                                      \              3047 1998                                                  9461 1999                                      \              9587 2000                                      \              8103 2001                                      \              7470 2002                                      \              9705 2003                                      \              8505 2004                                             13,274 2005                                              27,050 2006                                            32,173                                                  ---------------                                         \           1,28,375 Dr Omesh Bharti.  Corodinator JSA HP, Member State AEFI Committee HP, Programme Officer, EMRS & Telemedicine HP Health Services, Founder State Indradermal Anti Rabies Clinic cum Research Centre, Shimla. +91 9418120302 bhartiomesh bhartiomesh WWII – a war that cost the lives of more than 60 million people – was planned and financed by the world’s largest chemical/ pharmaceutical cartel.
