Guest guest Posted March 20, 2010 Report Share Posted March 20, 2010 There used to be Evidence Based Decision making WHO now promotes what it calls Evidence Informed Decision making Perhaps the difference is that the in the latter decisions are taken first and the evidence for it is sought. GAVI has a more advanced system. They want only Evidence that evidence has been looked for. The actual evidence is immeterial according to this GAVI paper. ..
