Hi everyone, One of my close friend is facing this problem. .He is doing MS in Engg. right now in USA. He is 27 years old. When he was in India, he had Jaundice disease. As, the ENT specialist confirmed it, he advised him to take some naturopathy treatment(As there is not a proven medicine or treatment in allopathy !?). Hence, he took some naturaopathy treatment and he got cured in a week. But, still then, he face difficulty in swallowing the food. A portion of his neck will be projecting out like a small 1cm hemisphere. (His neck is like that from his teen age and Doctors said its due to thyroid difficiency only and not connected with this). The ENT specialist also did oral endoscopy by that time and reported that his throat and oesopahagus is clear. He checked with general medical practitioner by that time. They also said he is

normal. Even now, he is facing the problem in swallowing the food. He vomit, if he take any cold food items or juice. Only, drinking water helps him in intaking the food. And even the normal food(rice), he cannot eat completely without drinking water(normal or hot, but not cold water). He never smoke, drink. He is even a vegeterian. But, I know he rarely eat egg. He didn't get any fever, throat pain, weight loss, blood vomiting,...due to this He faces only the symptoms which I mentioned earlier. When I tried to diagonise this in http://www.webmd.com/, http://mayoclinic.com and a few like this, I observed different there are many dieases for this symptom. I couldn't conclude with single disease. Can any one of you please

tell me, what might be his problem. How he can get cured? Where to get treatment in India? (He is from chennai). He is also afraid to get treatment in USA as the medication is really costly over there. Its been more than 2 1/2 years he is facing this problem. Please help me in this issue. Thanks...With Love,Swetha
