HIV+AIDS --- Goa Govt.'s decision based on ignorance

Dear Mr. Kamat -- If you are still the CM, please read the following letter which I have received from Lucknow

as this my friend is concerned about Goa Govt's wrong policies of funding the ART, making unreliable HIV tests compulsory, distributing condoms to tourists, all of which only benefit (P)harma mafia and not the patients.

Dr. Sharma, former General Manager of NABARD, has written to me because he knows that I am a Bombay-Goan and he is aware of my worldwide work on AIDS AND ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE. He is also aware of my work in the field of Vaccination. By the way, Vaccination is not Immunisation and there is NO vaccine against Ignorance.

Hence, I am posting to you my popular book AIDS AND ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE immediately which will educate you and your team of ministers, the MLAs and bureau©rats who take decisions on "Pocket-Bharu Principle". If you take decisions keeping in mind the percentage cut of the massive health budget, education budget, development budget, Goa will be ruined for ever.

Goa is deteriorating because of decisions based on ignorance, rampant corruption, drugs being freely available (Goa has become the drug capital of India). Please remember that information is not knowledge, knowledge is not wisdom. I suppose when people put in place their leaders they expect sanity and safety and not populist measures. Therefore, cut the crap, cut the cut system and that should cut fine name for you in Goan history.

MANY WHO ARE SUFFERING DUE TO WEAK IMMUNITY AND OTHER RELATED PROBLEMS, ARE BASICALLY POOR PEOPLE, AND NOW ARE RUNNING FOR THIS RS.1000/-, WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING THE COMPLICATIONS LINKED WITH IT.

THE TOI HAS GIVEN INTERVIEW OF POSITIVE LIFE FOUNDATION - MR. ZAFFER INAMDAR THERE ARE 510 PATIENTS CURRENTLY ON ART, IT SAID.DR.N G DUBHASHI, HEAD OF DEPT.OF MEDICINE, GOA MEDICAL COLLEGE, SAYS THAT ART WILL HELP TO IMPROVE THEIR IMMUNITY?AS YOU RIGHTLY SAY THERE IS NO VACCINE FOR IGNORANCE.
