Roxanne,

Can I please have your recipe for the contact solution & the ratio for

cleaning veggies?

Hi Jolene,

I make the contact solution the same as the nasal spray. 1/4 cup

water, boiled, one pinch of sea salt and one drop GSE.

My eyes arenot very sensitive so you may want to use 1/2 cup of water,

2 pinches of salt and 1 drop GSE.

For cleaning veggies, I use 10 drops of GSE per half gallon of water

(roughly) and let them set for five minutes unless they are mushrooms.

Even though GSE seems expensive, I use it all the time and have had

the same bottle a year and a half.
