Hi everyone,

First let me say if you think this information is wrong, please say so!!

It was a rainy day so I went to Costco and met this guy in the supplement

aisle, ranting about Glucosamine and Chondritin. He gave me a business card

with his URL on it.

His name was Russ. The company contact number is 1-800-628-0997. It is for

information and ordering. I am NOT trying to sell anything here, but trying

to ferret out information and looking for input.

Boswellia, white willow's bark, and snake root are all herbs containing

chemicals that act as NSAID's. These drugs decrease pain and inflammation,

and are known to cause severe gastrointestinal (GI) problems such as ulcers.

These drugs should not be used in people or animals with GI problems.

Remember that gastric ulcers in horses are very common.

He also said that there is a BIG difference in MSM. He says the best MSM

has an OPTI logo on it and some MSM is produced in less than optimal

conditions. He says they use a pharmaceutical brand of MSM. MD's Choice..

There are 2 ways to make MSM, to grow crystals in water and to distill it.

There are companies in the world that distill it, and are in the US. Many

of the companies buy it from China. The distilled MSM is not cheap.
