Good afternoon everyone,

I was interested in learning more about flower essences. I've just started

looking into this and find it rather interesting. If anyone uses them or

has anything they would like to share I would be greatly appreciative.

Blessings and Love,

Leslie

What Leslie is talking about are homeopathic flower essences, such as

Bach Remedies, I think. I have some experience with them, but I am

sure that there are others who know more than I do... any takers?

Sorta, these are flower essence oils that you mix together if you like and

take a few drops under your tongue. Supposedly this is absorbed into your

body. But it's all natural taken directly from plants so there is no harm

done to your body.

I'll try and locate the site where I was reading about them and post it if

you like.

Thanks,

Leslie

Hello, Leslie

Do you mean essential oils?

I am doing some self-instruction with them and their use in aromatherapy and

massage.

Hello

I would agree with Marilyn regarding preference to the FES Remedies- they

also have an entire line of " north american flower essences. They aalso have

an excellent reference book called " the flower essence repertory "

I also really like the literature writted by Bach himself- an amazing

man...but the company bearing his name has changed over the years...

I use various flower essence from a company called

White Shemn. They make their essences from wildcrafted or organic flowers

that grow here in the Hill Country of Texas. I have a new catalog that

mentions that they will have their website (www.whiteshemn.com) up and

running in March. Their email address is WhiteShemn.

I have had excellent service from them. All their products have a money

back guarantee too!

There are a few flower essence group on , and if it's Bach you're interested in, check out TalkBach - it's only about Bach and I *think* sanctioned by the Bach Centre itself. Not signing my name in blood, but it's a great resource nonetheless.

TantraKitten's Healing Modalities

When you find yourself doing too much, ask yourself the

following questions:

-- Have I rested?

-- Have I exercised?

-- Have I eaten nutritious food?

-- Have I given/received love?

If you are missing or lacking any of those 4, it is time to slow

down and gently reorient yourself. See if you can stop and

rest, or allow yourself to ask for help. ~
