Guest guest
Dear Gabrielle and other hypothyroid savvy people, Zinc, Copper, Iron, Selenium, Amino acid - which foods have lots of amounts of these vitamins? I have been vegetarian for most of my life, but for the last year or so, I have begun to eat chicken and fish, and I have been feeling better. At this point, I am taking my 100 mg of Eltroxin only 5 times a week instead of 7. I have begun to decline the dosage by 100 mg each month. Next week, I will take out another 100 mg. I am wondering what other foods I can add to my diet to compensate. I am taking a multiple vitamin every day. Where is iodine found? Look forward to hearing from you shortly. Thanks for your responses. I appreciate it. All the best, Eliana
