How does one go about finding a good massage therapist?

IN our practice we determine the best pressure to use on specific parts of

the body and techniques are called for by the body's own responses. There

are various ways of getting the information from your body as to which

combination is best. Usually you can find a practitioner who tests for the

therapeutic protocol or one who intuits what to do for you. I prefer to do

both when working on someone else, but, I find that being worked on by

someone who excels at using just one or other is equally satisfying.

Love and well-being,

William

Cheryl,

personal therapists of most any kind are just that, personal. The best one for you and your particular body may not do me much good at all. So, I recommend going shopping for one. If you know people in your area that can recommend a good 'store' to shop in, so much the better to get started. But, dear heart, "shop till you 'drop' (into the right hands)," is a good motto when looking for a bodyworker. And, most of them will be glad to schedule a 'try it on and see if fits you just right' half-session at half-price.

Just ask for it.

They are,

just waiting to get their hands on you,

William.

I found my massage therapist in my Yoga group. I have been going to her for the last 3 months. She is 2.5 miles from my home.

P.S. sometimes you can find a good one from word of mouth.
