Guest guest
Hello everyone! I'm new here, and I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Kara Kelso, mother of 2 children - Chase 2 1/2 yrs and Jillian 2 1/2months. I'm a firm believer in alternative medicine, and had both of my children naturally in the care of a midwife. My husband and I run 2 businesses online, and I have a website and ezine that I maintain. We keep pretty busy, but I love it! I look forward to meeting everyone, and hope to learn more about Alternative lifestyles as this is something I've very interested in! ~Kara Kelso~http://www.momsmarketonline.com

Guest guest
I have to admit, mine were both born at the hospital, but my midwife was excellent. She let me be in control, and didn't allow the hospital to give me any "just in case" IVs or anything like that. My son was actually breech up until the last few weeks, and they turned him around. I've heard of some cases where they just automatically set up a time to do a c-section if the baby is breech without even trying to turn them around. My ex's wife just had a baby about a month ago, and she went to the same midwives as I did. Right when she went into labor, the baby flip over and was actually born breech. Granted it was a small baby at 5lb and some odd ounces, but still it was born breech! My goodness you must keep busy with that many children. Some days I can't even handle my 2! Guest guest
I had the choice of hospital or home delivery being I lived in NH at the time , and one twin was head first ,the other was breech...I had my doctor and a midwife ( his wife..lol) in attendance ..it was great...my first one was born in Mass where home delivery were not allowed , even though I took the childbirth classes ..etc ..the hospital did everything I didnt want.. " policy " I was told...lol..I dont " handle " anything with the girls...lol....they range from almost 20 to 11..they " handle " me..LOL... actually I " run " away from them to my room where I put the headphones on and a meditation tape...they see that and know mom has had enough..LOL... , " Kara Kelso " <groups@m...> wrote: > I have to admit, mine were both born at the hospital, but my midwife was excellent.
