Even at age 19, when my best friend got killed by a drunk driver, I wasn't crying... at least not on the outside. How did I change? Somewhere along the line in my therapy (Multi-Dimensional Cellular Healing, past life regressions, Reiki treatments, etc.) I would guess that past life regressions had the most to do with me being able to cry now. I remember that I cried in several regressions, despite the therapist telling me to just watch the past life and not actually feel it, the emotions were too strong. You might try two things that I did to try curing myself of the inability to cry, to see if either work for you: I did my own little tear-jerker film festival one weekend, years ago, and rented something like 6 sad films that had made other people cry. (At the time, only 1 out of the 6, OLD YELLER, made me cry but then again I always got more emotional over dogs dying than humans...) Another time, when I'd broken up with my boyfriend, I drank beer and listened to sad country-western songs. It took several beers before I got to the right mental state, LOL, but it worked. It got him out of my system and I was " over " him the next day when I woke up. However, despite learning to cry, I still have sinus problems so I use nasal irrigation, sprays like SINUS MAGIC or colloidal silver or just plain saline solution, I run a humidifier during the dry winter, and I take systemic enzymes. The enzymes really helped me during allergy season. - Anna ******************************************************** Learn more about the way enzymes can change your life!
