That's the same thing I do - I alternate it with Valerian, though.... everything seems to work for awhile, then stops being as effective. I was hoping to hear something new and different :) Thanks for sharing!!

I just take it at nite , I take 3mgs...I found that was the best for

me , my doctor told me to play around with the amount when I first

started taking it , he said some need more..some need less....It

helps me sleep better which in turn I feel rested when I wake and I

dont hurt as much and I dont have that "stiff" feeling .

Actually, it's nice to talk to someone who can relate! I only have a small window of time to take melatonin, or it doesn't work..... before 9 pm and it doesn't work at all..... after 10 pm and it keeps me awake..... do you find this at all?

I dont take the melatonin every nite..I take it for about 2 weeks

then take 2 weeks off..and still feel good .....sorry I couldnt be

more help.-

Yes I do ..I take mine about 830 - 9pm also.....also I find if I take

it too long I will wake feeling " drugged " hence why I only take it

about 2 weeks at a time ...
