I believe he had apprentices. It might be more useful for you to

make your own tapes. Write a script with an introductory relaxation-

type countdown to get yourself at the Alfa level and prepared to

receive suggestions. Then have yourself see things at the beach or

wherever you want to be and then towards the end make the positive

suggestions for change or pain relief. At the very end count yourself

back up and remind yourself that these positive suggestions will begin

to manifest themselves in ways that will affect your behavior

positively dor yourself and those with whom you have contact. Best
