Osha (For Connie)

Well, Connie, my friend Kathy had never heard of anyone not being able to

use osha. She's used it for her kids for years and never heard anyone say

anything about it ever being contraindicated. (I mentioned to her that

someone had posted on this list about you not using osha if your mucus is

yellor or green, to use it only if the phlegm is white or clear, and she'd

never heard that either.)

 

So she looked in the herbal remedy books that she owns and she didn't find

any contraindications. Like I said before, I have high blood pressure and

I've never had any trouble with osha.

 

I'm going to dig out the few herbal books that I own and look there, too;

maybe do a search on the Net, but so far so good. I'll keep you posted.
