Arm testing

That kind of " arm testing " is common here in New Mexico. Many naturopathic

doctors use it. The folks at one of the local health food stores know how to

use it..

They don't bother to have us face north though, just hold the bottle...

Some don't even need you to hold the bottle. They have it on the counter and

ask " Does Anna need magnesium lactate? "

They also say " How many pills per day does she need? " and push on the arm

1-2-3-4-?

For example, if the arm goes weak on 5, then you only need for per day.

There's a fancy name for this, something like kinesiology, but we just call

it arm testing.

equator) place a bottle of herbs, vitamins or nutritional supplements --

also works with prescription medications -- in my right hand, and then hold

the bottle snugly over my heart/aorta. Then just make your mind totally

blank and wait. In a moment, you will either feel a " tug " or " pull " forward

(YES - you need this!) (attracting) or " push " or " shove " backwards (NO - you

do NOT need this - or it will make you feel sick -- repelling). Sometimes -

there may be too much of a mix - and you will feel yourself being pushed

back and forth - or almost spinning.

That is so cool Anna! Your so lucky to have that offered in NM. Need a roommate? I'll be right there;)

I have a great book recommendation, it discusses the (MRT) Muscle response test, aka The Lepore Tecnique.....this book is really great.
