Guest guest
HI Maisha, Welcome! My name is Kelly. I have come to the conclusion that lupus is a reaction to allergens, bacteria, excess sex and stress hormones, viruses, parasites, fungi (like systemic candida), chemicals, metals (mercury in dental amalgams) and other toxins that build up in the body. There are ways to detox these and cause these things to leave the body. It all starts with nutrition. Here is a great video you might want to buy and diets to look into that detox. Dr. Lorraine Day cured herself of breast cancer and her mother of arthritis with diet and prayer and sunshine, etc. The video is called " You can't improve on God". Many people with lupus find that when they change their diet they can tolerate the sun much better. There is so much going on in a body that has lupus, many chemical imbalances, vitamin depletions (like biotin and b vitamins and vitamin d, etc), candida, other viruses. I try to juice veggies like spinach and carrots and when I do I feel much better. Carbs deplete needed vitamins. I think anyone would feel better with... fruits, veggies, fish, brown rice, legumes, and raw nuts and seeds. Try to keep your diet 75 percent raw and mostly vegetarian. At curezone.com they have many people who are doing cleanses and juicing trying to heal themselves of carious diseases because doctors do not know how. You can look up also, The Gerson Therapy, The Budwig diet, and anticandida diets. Just my opinion, but if a doctor tells you you can't change your health through diet don't listen. ;0) There is a nice support group called lupus_etc at . I am one of the moderators there. There are many sweet women there. Lupus can go into remission. This is a great indication that if you find the reasons why you have lupus, you can help eliminate it. Take care!
