Guest guest
This from eDiets: Successful blood glucose control depends not so much on what you eat, but rather how much. Your body has the ability to turn ALL caloric foods into glucose. Overeat foods with low sugar content and you can still spike blood glucose levels! Mixed meals containing complex carbohydrate, protein, and fat is a better ways to maintain blood glucose control.
