Guest guest
Lisa... > What is cranial sacral therapy and pranic healing? In brief, cranial sacral therapy is a way of adjusting the body's energy field by holds at certain points along the spine from the cranium to the sacrum. Pranic healing is based on breathing. Guest guest
Cranialsacral works with the cerebralspinal fluid. The practitioner feels the pulse and follows it. There are also other techniquest that work with the rythym moving along the body. It has a very balancing effect on the nervous system, and while it is very gentle can produce profound structural change as well. Look up the Upledger Institute. They do a good job at teaching it. ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
